All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, mobile banking or other available options. Orders with a total value of BDT 2,000 or more qualify for free delivery . while applicable delivery charges may apply to orders below this amount.
Orders and Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspicious activity. In certain cases we may contact you to verify order details, payment information or delivery address before processing. If an order cannot be fulfilled any eligible payment made in advance will be refunded according to our refund policy.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products within the areas we serve in Bangladesh. Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. However delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may request returns or refunds based on our return policy. Products must be returned in original condition where applicable. Delivery charges are generally non refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product delivered by Ojon.com.bd.
